I saw a new American series that very popular recently, Heroes. It started on TV in the U.S. on September, 2006. This series is talking about there are several special people with super power and they are going to save the world. For example, a politician Nathan Petrelli can fly, a comic book painter Isaac Mendez, he can paint the future and Hiro who is a Japanese man can stop time. When they found the super power they have, each one have different reaction about this. Some of them are scared and some are very exciting and know they have to do something with their abilities.
I like this series because it makes me think of X-man. It might be a little childish, but I think it is a very exciting series. People in the real world don't have abilities and super power, but in movies we can see impossible things.

We are always surprised by the news of new inventions everyday. One product that my friend bought two weeks ago is a digital camera. The new digital camera improved the photo's quality of the pixels by ten million pixels. Whether you have agreed with that the new invention makes our life easier, convenient and superior.

Compared to traditional cameras, digital cameras are easier to take photos even for a child. A traditional camera has to turn a spring once before you take a photo every time you need to take a picture. But now a digital camera can take photos right away without any preparation. On the other hand, a digital camera does not need to set up any films because all of the photos are stored in a small digital memory card. You do not have to worry about how to set up films due to the usefulness of the memory card.

In contrast to a traditional camera, a digital camera has more powerful functions to enhance the convenience of taking photos. At first, there is a LCD screen on a digital camera to help us see the area of what we are going to take, and we can zoom in or zoom out the focus. Moreover, we can pass the photos from a camera to a computer by connecting the camera to a computer. As a result of this, a digital camera is really attractive because you can share those photos to your classmates or friends through the Internet. In other words, it is more convenient to share photos by using a digital camera.

The most advantage of a digital camera is that it has improved the quality of photos. Due to the fact that photos of a digital camera are stored in memory card we can decide what photo we are going to delete or not immediately. Besides, the pixels of digital are getting higher and higher so we can enlarge the photos with high quality. Compared to a traditional camera, except the disadvantage of true color's difference a digital camera definitely can reduce the cost and improve the quality of photo.

The new invention of technology helps our live a lot. Today I’m going to introduce Daschund,It's a kind of dog that has big ears, short legs and long body. Daschund originated from German ,and Daschund are very loyal family dog. Daschund can divide two sizes standard and miniature. Also, there are three different types of coats. the first one is the short coated dog which is the most common in Taiwan. The second is the long coated which is becoming popular in Taiwan. And the last one is wire haired. I really like the long coated of Daschund, because the long coated are the most gook-looking of the three different types. and I raised two Dascund which are the long coated for one year ago, they are so cute. He told me that people who major in computer science and information is quite popular in electrical company, and if you work in those companies you might earn more money than others. Moreover, the Internet giant – Google, which is a kind of high-tech company needs a lot of talented people who major in computer science and information; therefore, this major brings many opportunities of work. Why did you choose your major?(#1)

Choosing a major is a very important and maybe decisive moment in our lives. People may choose their majors based on many different reasons like their parent’s advice, their own interest, their skills and ability. Personally, I chose my major, computer information and science engineering, based on my own interest. However, only having the passion for the major is not enough. I also had to get high grades in the exam to be able to choose what I wanted. Therefore, I think I am very lucky to be studying something that I really like because even though it is quite difficult sometimes I still enjoy it a lot. I hope that after graduated, I will be able to find a job related to my major.

My name is Keran; I am 22 years old. I am now a senior in NTUST and I major in computer information and science engineering which for the past two years was not very easy for me. My hobbies is playing volleyball, listening to music, sleeping and raising dogs. I have been playing volleyball for seven years and playing volleyball is my greatest interest and pride.
